    Anne Carter Mulligan
    Senior Director of Admissions

    Anne Carter Mulligan joined Batten in January 2019 as Director of Undergraduate Admissions. She’s held multiple roles in higher education, most recently as Director of Strategic Initiatives in Enrollment Management at Longwood University, where she led projects designed to enrich the student experience and provide a seamless path from recruitment to graduation.

  • Jennifer Fraticelli
    Jennifer Fraticelli
    Admissions Officer

    Jenn has worked in higher education since 2019, most recently as academic advisor for STEM Pathways at Piedmont Virginia Community College. In that role, she guided students in setting academic and transfer goals, collaborated with faculty to support course sequencing in high-demand STEM programs, and built resources such as PVCC’s transfer advising webpage—all with a focus on student success, retention, and completion.
